SEO is compounding work. Months 1–3 are foundation and technical fixes. Months 4–6 are when rankings start moving meaningfully. Agencies that let you cancel at month 2 are setting you up for failure. The 6-month minimum is honesty about what the work actually requires.
02 What happens after the 6 months?
You go month-to-month forever. No automatic renewals into 12-month contracts. No kill fees. If we're not earning it, you should be able to leave at any time.
03 Why a setup fee?
The audit, competitive analysis, technical fixes, and onboarding take 30–50 hours of senior work before your first monthly report. Agencies that skip the setup fee either skip the actual work or bake it into a longer contract. We'd rather charge transparently.
04 Can you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees rankings is lying. What we guarantee is the work: specific monthly deliverables, leading-indicator improvements (GBP views, calls, organic clicks), and clear communication. If we miss a deliverable in a given month, that month is free.
05 Do you do paid ads (Google Ads, LSAs, Facebook)?
No. It's a different skillset, and agencies that do both poorly hurt your business. We can refer you to two trusted paid-media specialists in the trades space.
06 Can I cancel during the 6-month build?
Yes, but the remaining months are billed at a 50% pause rate so we can keep the foundation work intact for when you're ready to restart. Most clients never need this. We flag it because we want it in writing, not because we expect it.
07 What if I'm a multi-location franchise?

08 Do you work with businesses outside the trades?
